Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BizzAI (bizz.ai.in), operated by Solve The Network (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using BizzAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BizzAI lets you create a digital business card — a shareable profile link and QR code — with contact details, social links, and an optional product brochure, that visitors can view and save to their contacts.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BizzAI to:

• Impersonate another person or business, or publish false contact information.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. Pro plan & billing

The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page. The Pro plan is a paid upgrade (currently ₹59 for 30 days, or ₹599 for 365 days — prices may change with notice on the pricing page) processed securely through Razorpay.

Pro access does not auto-renew. A Pro purchase grants access for the exact period purchased (30 or 365 days from payment, extended from your current expiry if you renew early). No recurring or automatic charge is set up — once the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you manually purchase another period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload (photos, logos, product images, card details). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate your card and dashboard. We own the BizzAI platform, software, and branding.

6. Termination

You may stop using BizzAI and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

BizzAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BizzAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
